This work presents the specification and implementation of a tool for change and configuration management for Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, using the best practices suggested by the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and the Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT) framework. The tool aims to reduce the downtime caused by the frequent failure to identify all configuration items affected by the changes performed on the IT services in Haco Etiquetas Ltda company. Uses centralized control of change requests and configuration items, identifying the relationships between them, providing greater visibility of impacts and assertiveness in planning maintenance of IT infrastructure. Also are presented in this work the concepts of IT governance and Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI), which allows the collection of information from the Windows environment. Uses the Java language for development, addressing DAO and MVC design patterns.
