| This paper presents a web tool to provide support to the manager an insight into the state of the IT environment and services that run on different scenarios of an organization, these results are possible through the information generated by completing the checklist validation . The development of the tool was done in JSP and using language free database MySQL. Stands out as a result the control of the main components that define an IT environment and increased speed to correct problems with foundations of solutions and warnings of failure. |
