| This work presents a web system for change management in the corporate environment by using best practice suggested from the framework Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). With the increasing number of information systems, there is thus a proportional increase in the part from changes in systems already in place, due to program errors or improvements in them. This way, it saw the necessity inside the company Teclógica Serviços em Informática Ltda. of a greater control of changes in environments, to ease the possible impacts that change can bring. This system propose facilitate documentation and retrieval of data of the change needed to reduce these impacts. To develop the application use the technologies JSP and JavaScript, and Oracle as the database. |
