| Currently companies aimed at the Governance of Information Technology (IT) as a necessary part to business. For organizations seeking to use it the solution was to adopt a specific methodology, such as the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). This job presents the development of a web system, to perform the problems management and offer this ITIL process important information related to infrastructure and IT services.
