| The search for IT Governance inside of organizations is a necessity. Inside of organizations the solution found is use one methodology, for example, the ITIL. This work have how intention develop Web Aplication for manage the changes inside of organizations basing in the best pratices of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), helping how this changes are made in a controlled method and minimal risk to the business. The system developed in GeneXus 9.0 provides management of change inside a corporate environment. |
