| The decision-making process has become something essential for organizations today. There is a constant search for information and performance indicators to support these decisions. This work has the specification and development of a module which using the technique of Linear Regression, will calculate the projection of the future values of the performance indicators from 0800net (calls opened and closed). This projection will help managers in decision making providing information to base their decisions and provide a view of the scenario in the company support area. This way, it is possible to prepare the team efficiently and if necessary, provide new hires with tranquility. |
