| This work had as objective the development of an information system for the strategic support, applied to the lifetime value in the company Gestão Sistemas de Informação that shows the total of the consumption of goods and the customers services inside the company at a line of the time. The application developed in FoxPro9 allows to register customers information, that they will be stored in a database Access 2000, which will be used in the calculation of the customers value and accompanied by the management of the company in its vision of the business identifying which customers have larger financial power inside of its market-share. |
