This paper\'s objective is the development of the information system to accompany call and workflow through web getting easier and fast the process of register of callings and indoor activities. This way, through applicatory it will be possible get these functionalities available to the employees and customers on the internet, adding values to the customer prompt and making it fast, safe and trustiness. Beside the applicatory make the reports and charts issue available, which can be seen as for the employees as for the customers, making the management, the control and the decision maker easy over these business process.
