Abstract:
This work has as purpose the development of a system for the quantitative evaluation of employees, that will allow assists it in the taking of decision of the manager of human resources of a company. The process of evaluation of employees is based on the identification of indices, cadastre of same and the identification of people(groups) that they must evaluate them. Each appraiser can evaluate different indices answering the questions that will go to attribute values to the indices, the questions of each index can still be divided in three weights, what he allows a bigger precision in the result. The results of the evaluations can be presented individually through report or of a comparative graph. The system will still count on a bank of resumes to assist the manager of human resources to select the candidates of a vacant. All the cadaster are defined directly by the end user being that the politics of accesses as well as the qualified users to have access the system is defined by the proper administrator of the system, that in this in case that it will have to be the manager of human resources the system was developed for Internet, the environment of used development was Macromedia DreamWeaver MX the main language of used development was the PHP with the bank and MySQL data.
