This work presents a system for monitoring fault correction for the company Koerich Telecom in the network and TI areas. It aims to provide a better resource allocation in fault solutions for the company internal computer network. This solution is based on the technology Trouble Ticket System (TTS), which objective is to monitor the proceedings of identification and correction of faults trough a database. This proceeding permits that TI technique to find the most adequate solution as fast as possible.
