| This monograph has as objective the development of an application for a Web Information System in a technician support department using the Lotus Notes development tool and the Lotus Domino server, demonstrating its power of distribution of information and consequent integration and participation of the people in the management process of the technician support. The application allows the control of occurrences through website assisting the technician support employees in the stages of the user attendance process. Besides, the application issue reports and graphs that facilitate the management in the decision making. |
