| This work intends to define criteria for the costumer’ satistaction research of Senior Sistemas Ltda., and to implement a tool using in Active Server Pages (ASP), using ORACLE database to collect and tabulate objective and descriptive results of research, and to validate the obtained data through statistical concepts applied in opinion polls. |
