| This work presents a process supervision system of dehydration of fruits in group of benches level. The system makes acquisition of the variables temperature, humidity and weight of the samples through a hardwired controller the serial door of the microcomputer. The system, after read the information, besides showing them in the screen, makes the storage for posterior consultations and comparisons. |
