| This work aims at to develop a system of support to the support of errors and suggestions in softwares, that it can be used in one software house as tool of support to the attendance the customers and control of tasks of the internal team of development. All the development of this system will be based on the server of applications ZOPE, server open-source for development of web applications, demonstrating of this form a practical use of the ZOPE. |
