Abstract:
This work of course conclusion aims to develop a study about Information Systems, Customer Relationship Management, Especialist Systems based on Production Rules and Business Rules, with the interest of specifying and implementing a Executive Information System to the companys of the textile section of Brusque-SC. The system will help the executive on decision taking identifying positive and negative aspects of the relationship between the company and the customers, possibiliting a better attendiment e promoting the customer satisfaction.
