| Abstract: |
| The main objective of this work is the development of a software prototype to help companies to introduce NBR ISO 9000-3 standard, supported by NBR ISO/IEC 12207. This prototype is presented through a requirements list. They are necessary to the certification of the quality system (ISO 9001), as well as their compliance to the NBR ISO/IEC 12207 standard. Therefore, the following secondary objectives were obtained: the study of NBR ISO 9000-3 and NBR ISO/IEC 12207 standards; and the mapping of NBR ISO/IEC 12207 in regard to NBR ISO 9000-3. |
