| This work presents a web application based in strategic management method Balanced Scorecard (BSC). The application allows a company to translate your strategy into strategic objectives organized between perspectives defined by BSC: financial, market, internal processes and learning and growth. It also allows measuring performance through performance indicators distributed by the defined strategic objectives. The application was developed using the Java programming language in JSP web platform, JavaScript, jQuery, design patterns, AJAX and MySQL database manager. As a result we obtained a multi-user web application that enables the adoption of the BSC method simple and objective way. It offers up an indicator structure model related by objectives and perspectives. |
