| The activities of the existing processes in an enterprise need different controls to ensure that the final objective to be achieved. The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework provides best practices that help to control various activities. Also provides information about each process and indicates methods to improve the business. This paper presents a tool used by Information Technology (IT) Company in Blumenau, to assist the project knowledge of the transition process, based on ITIL Service Transition cycle best practices. The objective of this paper is to support the control and management of information involved. The results obtained with the development tool possible benefits in the daily work of the company and control of information within the follow-up process. |
