| Abstract: |
| In this paper a web system of management reports for technical assistance (RAT) is presented. Aims to ensure proper registration, information recovery, allow greater security, flexibility and control that was performed on the client. This system uses the concepts of good practice MR-MPS SW such as problems management. The system was developed in PHP, using the MySQL database for storing information and bootstrap framework to assistance in the implementation of user interfaces. |
