The current market requires that aggregate values are the products and services, which does not occur often in Information Technology (IT) companies because, they fail to deliver products and services within the agreed cost-controlled and justified by several factors, whether human or technological. This work shows the development of an application for managing customer tests in financial control systems using technology developed Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) in JavaScript and Java Servelets Pages (JSP) using MySQL database As a result it was possible to reduce the time spent on approvals which were performed with the test analyst and customer.
