Título: Sistema de Avaliação de Desempenho Baseado no Método de Avaliação 360º
 
Abstract:
For the managers of organizations to make effective decisions regarding their employees, these being from the concession of promotions or training to even layoffs, a good mechanism to obtain quick and reliable information about the performance of each employee is necessary. In this vision, the 360 º evaluation method helps the managers, since the given information are the results of questionnaires realized through the whole network of people in which the employee has any involvement. It is in this context that development of this project is focused, where the creation of a web system for the application of these questionnaires, tabulation and data registry made managing employee performance more dynamic and safe. The questionnaires are previously created by the leaders and managers in order to profile an employee who is going to answer it, informing a weight corresponding to its importance. The questions are created and linked to necessary characteristics to the achievement of the company`s processes and behavioral characteristics relevant to the business. As a final result, there are reliable reports showing the performance of the employees in each necessary characteristic to perform a process, properly calculated according to the importance of each answered question.
