This work aims to present a study and develop an application that integrates the best practices of Information Technology (IT) and the Capability Maturity Model Integration Model for Services (CMMI-SVC). The ITIL established by the International Organization Office of the Governing Commerce (OGC), described and defined in the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and the CMMI-SVC, regarding the evaluation process for the operation of services and measure the results achieved with the adoption of ITIL best practices in organizations. Based on these assumptions, this paper has the following objectives: to study the ITIL methodology and CMMI-SVC, the integration of the ITIL´s best practices and model evaluation process of CMMI-SVC and the development of an application that enables the assessment processes.
