Abstract:
This work is to the development of a system for managing knowledge of the department of support from a consulting company. The primary purpose is to facilitate and expedite the service, organize knowledge internally, make suggestions and provide similar statistical information, building upon the solutions provided by the search for similarities, more specifically Reasoning Based on the cases, using the method of neighbor closest (Nearest Neighbour). The system developed in Delphi 7 allows register information of customers, technological structure and problems and doubts have already experienced. This information is stored in a database Firebird 2.0.
