| This work intent to examine the standards The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), the framework Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and the Control Objectives for Information and Realted Technology (COBIT) on the main points of relevance by the infrastructure process. Intent to compare software available on the market that contain concepts of the infrastructure process. In comparison, has opted for the use of free software Egroupware for analysis of groupware concepts and practices observed in the standards and models, and held the implementation of an extension to capture inventory of technology. |
