| This conclusion course job presents the development of an information system that assists the norms NBR ISO 9000:2000. It intend forewarn events, to set right events and control non-conformities detected in a company. The system will keep every involved user informed of the official register, changes and solutions presented through messages by e-mail. The system also allow that all competent users are able to search and generate reports to available the access to all new registers, as well as its solutions. |
