| This project purpose is the development of software to support the change request management process from ISO/ IEC 15504 standard. This software has adherent functions to the management process of exchange solicitations based on ISO/ IEC 15504. The software promotes an exchange of informations between the ones who are involved in the alteration process allowing them to be managed, tracked and controlled until their conclusion. |
