| This work has as objective the development of an application for a Web Information System in a tourism of agency. The application allows to know your customers better through monitoring of your use through a website. The technique clickstream is demonstrated, that registers through clicks information on the users\' preferences. Besides, the application generates reports and graphs that facilitate the electric outlet of decision. |
