| The objective of this final paper at the end of the course is to develop the prototype of a dedicated system to help and to ease the work of the professionals when called to support and help thecostumers of a software development firm. The tools used to build the system will be the “Shell” “Expert Sinta” which uses a representation of know leage model based on production rules and probabilities. The programming language will be Delphi 3.0. |
