| This proposal intends to illustrate the potentiality of the intelligent agents' use that accomplish the negotiation process in e-commerce systems for small companies. The viability of the intelligent agents implementation is shown through a prototype of a e-commerce system. This prototype is integrated with a financial administration system called CONSULTE. The intelligent agents' functionality is to determine the ideal price for the product in agreement with the financial situation of the company, as well as the payment ideal form for the moment. |
