| This report shows a study about manufacturing techniques and how to balance the production line in a way of getting a better performance from the available resources. It is focused on a greater flexibility and quickness , retrenchment of expenses and above all things, a greater chance to stand in competition market. In order to this a prototype of a software was developed by using Artificial Inteligence, in particular genetic algorithm, to schedule the tasks in a production line. |
