| The velocity that the IP Telephony was transformed in an industry is impressive, mainly concerning the convergency of different kinds of data transmission networks and the popularity of internet as a low cost way for interchanging information. This work specifies and implements a prototype of an IP Telephone system for LANs based on the SIP standard from IETF, developed for voice full-duplex communication in an Windows plataform. |
