| This work demonstrates a form of evaluation of the process of software maintenance in companies producing of software. The work uses as base the NBR ISO/IEC 12207 norm and the Goal Question Metric approach (GQM) that gives support to the definition of metric for evaluation. As form of demonstrating the evaluation was developed a prototype that supplies support to the proposed evaluation process. |
