| This work presents a study on the known method as Quality Function Deployment (QFD). This method is used for planning of new products and also in the evaluation and improvement of existing products using as basic principle the opinion of the customer. With base in this, a route was elaborated together with a prototype that assists in the application of this method for evaluation of software products. The prototype allows that the arrays used for the QFD are elaborated and effects all the calculations used for the same one. |
