| Abstract: |
This project presents the requirements gathering, specification, development and operation of
a system to assist at the management of job and salary plans called GesPCS. The main
objective of this project is to develop a system of job and salary plans to suport a consulting
company, which will provide interfaces that the consultant can compare the current situation
market situation and the proposed situation, which is one of the specific objectives. The
system was developed using Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), Hypertext Markup Language,
version 5 (HTML5), Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) and JavaScript. To work on user
management, the UserSpice Framework was chosen. On the server side, MySQL was used as
a database together with Wampserver 64. The collection of information and application
studies were carried out through literary research on job and salary plans, their steps for
implementation, importance and its impacts, together with the knowledge obtained through
SBA Consultores Associados company. As a way of validating the objectives and evaluating
the user's experience, the Relationship of M3C with User Requirements and Usability and
Communicability Assessment in groupware (RURUCAg) method was used. Altogether, the
survey had 3 participants from SBA Consultores Associados company, considering that they
were expert users because they were familiar with the subject, being the director of the
company and two other consultants, highlighting a technical consultant, that from their
answers it was possible to identify that the objectives of the work were achieved and that the
system was received positively by all.
