| This paper aims to implement collaborative knowledge management in the application Andaê for mapping social and urban problems with the purpose of improving the user's perception and interaction with the collaborative environment, as well as ensuring that the information entered is valid and current. With this application, users can report problems they find in the city and its locations through its geolocation. The features of applying filters, removing occurrences and notifying users ensure that the user is more integrated and can collaborate within the environment. The application was developed using the JavaScript programming language, MongoDB non-relational database and Apache Cordova framework has been used to generate applications for mobile devices. Through a heuristic evaluation with two experts it was possible to verify the usability of the application in a collaborative environment and it was verified that there were no problems directly related to the proposed functionalities, but there are improvements that can be implemented in future works to improve the usability and user experience in the application. |
