This work presents an expert system prototype to assist the services and defects diagnosis in
motels automation systems in order to speed up the process of maintenance. The prototype
allow technicians at the place, with basic knowledge, to solve more complex problems by
making decisions based on knowledge of the engineer responsible for the installation and
maintenance of the automation system. For development, it was used PHP, JavaScript and
HTML languages. The results show that the prototype addresses the key questions and the
main problems met by the engineer. |
