| This work presents the implementation of a web system for control and automation of business processes of a company providing maintenance services for laboratories. The same aims to keep customer data to schedule visits and customer data equipment for future reference. The system was developed in PHP and used the relational database MySQL. As a result has become a Transaction Processing System (TPS) that performs the tasks previously manual, effectively and more quickly. |
