| This work presents the Cidadão Fiscal application, that allows citizens of Blumenau, quick and non-bureaucratic form of communication with the City Hall of Blumenau.Currently it has a great difficulty faced by citizens with the City Hall, next to its ombudsman agency, as there is a quick channel for registering complaints or suggestions. Thus, the application developed for the Android operating system allows opening and monitoring processes by the municipal ombudsman agency. The cases are sent to a web service, the Cidadão Fiscal Web, which was developed using Java, ASP.NET, NHibernate, and LINQ technologies. Through this system the attendants and sectors responsible for City Hall can identify the complaint or suggestion and sent faster. With the availability of functions that allow you to send photos and location, there is an application that do the registration and monitoring processes with the Municipality of Blumenau, using smartphones and tablets. |
