| This paper aims to present the development of a system integrated with Enterprise Resourse Planning (ERP) of the company Loghaus Comércio de Artigos do Vestuário Ltda. This integrated system enables the control and management of reverse logistics requests recorded by the Customer Service (CS) through contacts (email, chat) with customers who wish to return of goods. For development of the system was used Delphi 7 Integrated Development Interface (IDE) and Oracle database for data persistence. As a result it was possible to reduce time spent in the service manual enrollment requests for reverse logistics, also enabling effective monitoring, as well as generation and management of reports. |
