| With the competitiveness in the market, innovate is a god alternative to stand out. But, it is necessary to constantly innovate. One way to make innovative environment is realize the management of innovation. To improve the management of innovation in a company's information technology municipality of Blumenau, which enjoys the benefits of the Lei do Bem, this work created one solution involving a system based on Business Intelligence and a system focused on meeting the specific functionality of the organization. To the development were used different tools: SQL Server Integration Services to implement the ETL, MicroStrategy to implement the Dashboard and an application. NET for the system with specific functionality of the organization. The objective is automate the processes currently performed manually, provide a tool that allows monitoring of innovations and serve as a support for decision-making. The results obtained with the construction of the solution architecture for managing innovation positively affects the day-to-day organization, automating processes, enabling managers a tool to aid in decision making, changing the nomination process of innovation tasks, facilitating the management of innovations. |
