| This work presents a solution for monitoring formal and planned commercial and financial processes of a company through the computerization of management indicators and the creation of a balanced scorecard using the Pentaho business intelligence tool. The work presents the details of each phase of the project to create the information system to support decision making, since the mapping of the system data and configuration tool Pentaho to the deployment of the indicators. |
