This paper presents the development of a tool to aid the physiotherapy treatment that makes use of the Kinect sensor. The tool allows the therapist to create exercises using parts dynamically positioned in 3D space according to the patient and the type of treatment to be done. Registered to perform an exercise, the patient displayed on screen parts of the exercise and the skeleton that represents your own body, playing in real time their movements. The tests that were conducted with real patients demonstrated the effective use of the tool in rehabilitation treatments thereof. For tool development used the development environment Visual Studio 2012 with the C# programming language, database SQL Server 2012 and the technologies Microsoft Entity Framework and Windows Presentation Foundation.
