Evaluate the index performance and targets has been a challenge in organizations, institutions of higher education seek improvements and guarantee space in the midst of the current competitive. Likewise the Regional University of Blumenau, the Graduate Program in Management (PPGAd) has the same problem, other words does not have a tool to visualize your goals and performance indicators, based on data collected from their teachers. As model was performed to develop a management information system that can automate repetitive tasks to quantify the performance indicator of teaching, facilitating their analysis and bringing many benefits to the institution. With this result in hand, you can create improvement actions to improve and qualify the performance of teachers. Are you interested in using this system managers of higher education institutions to evaluate their teachers, students interested in tracking the performance of their teachers outside the classroom, teachers and researchers concerned with improving their performance.
