The present work aims to exhibit the development and the implementation of an Information System to manage Maria Auxiliadora’s medical clinic. The control procedures for schedules, patient records, number of appointments per day, control of return consultations, among others, are performed with difficulty. In order to solve such issues, our minimize them, it was developed a system where employees and medics are able to record patient information, schedule and manage appointments and returns, issue prescriptions, view the patient’s medical records, and others requested resources. Developed in PHP, uses MySQL database to store information and the Apache HTTPD to publish the site on the network.
