Título: Sistema para Controle de Insumos em Restaurantes do Tipo Self-Service
 
Abstract:
This paper presents a system aimed at self-service restaurants, focusing on inventory transactions and production of food, based on a Transaction Processing System (SPT). The system provides information on the quantities consumed at the buffet and assists in the analysis of consumption to optimize the results of the restaurant. The solution was developed in Java with the help of the JFreeChart library, providing graphical reports. As a result it has a better management of the restaurant and the manager is replaced by facilities in the analysis of information, allowing the management of supplies and food production.
