| This work presents a system for controlling the flow of requests for proposals for customizations to the software company\'s Senior Sistemas S/A, where there is a sector responsible for maintaining adaptive software type, the software developed by it. In this process there was a failure to control mainly the customer delivery and billing of the proposed software customization, which were controlled with the help of a tool to help desk and through Excel spreadsheets. For development we used the Borland Delphi development tool 7, integrated with the library AlphaControls and DevExpress components, and the database in SQL Server. As a result, we highlight the increased flexibility in controlling the proposals that are pending analysis and billing. |
