This work is an extension of the Rodrigues\' work (2008), which was also extended from Schulter\'s work (2007), adapting a web-based system capable of performing soccer games simulations through applet for a standard platform using HTML5. Also, an intelligence engine using neural networks was created to allow most dynamic decision-making of the players during a simulation.
