This work was developed in order to enable greater ease, speed and reliability to people in finding a good service provider. The objectives of this are available for people a system of intelligent search for service providers. The system relies on the help of Text Mining to demonstrate the best result for the search performed. The rules with Text Mining to enable this response is based on analyzing the text displayed by the client, applying the techniques and perform an analysis of the records of providers as a result and return to that more fits into your research. The results presented also count on a percentage of compatibility between the client and researched response that the system is performing. To develop the system, was used as the programming language JAVA EE framework for developing web interface GWT as the BigTable database and as a tool to support the Text Mining, the LingPipe.
