This paper presents a web-based system to control and automate the process of scheduling an apointment in a beauty salon. This also aims to provide a web-portal for the salon’s services and agenda, thus enabling the end user to check the available agenda and scheduling the desired service directly on the site. The system developed in C# makes use of the SQLServer database to store data. As a result, there is greater control and organization of scheduled times, availability of the agenda through the website, and elimination of phone calls, papers and the appointment book.
