This work aims to present a study and develop an application for sales management for Natura\'s consultants. With the increasing of the cosmetic sector, mainly using direct sales and on identifying the consultants\' difficulties on sales management, therefore, an application was developed to simplify this management methodology based on Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The application was developed in web platform using the PHP programming language and MySQL data base. In the application have been added as graphics billing for tracking results, sales, seasonality of products that allow the consultant to anticipate consumer needs and consumer active and inactive. A mobile version was developed for customers and orders management, providing greater mobility for the consultants.
